Season 1-Episode 4: Jenny’s Final Message

Chronicles of the Enigmatic Season 1-Episode 4: Jenny's Final Message

Synopsis: The development of a friendship at a young age is something to cherish. Amanda and Jenny first met each other in elementary school and immediately became friends. After that, they did everything together. They slept over at each other’s houses almost every weekend, and their families even went on vacation together. Amanda had a knack for getting into trouble, but Jenny always watched out for her. Jenny and Amanda remained best friends all the way until high school and they were inseparable. Tragically, an accident occurred during Jenny and Amanda’s senior year of high school. One evening on the way back from volleyball practice, it stormed violently. As Jenny drove home she could barely see and before she knew it, her car flew into a ditch. She was flung from the car and died on impact. No one expects to die at such a young age. Amanda was devastated at the fact that her lifelong friend was gone. The friends you make as a child can stay with you until the day you die, but in Amanda’s case, they can remain even longer.

Season 1-Episode 3: Remember Me

Chronicles of the Enigmatic Season 1-Episode 3: Remember Me

Synopsis: On nights when the weather is nice you may find yourself going for a walk around the neighborhood. It can be very relaxing after a tough day to just unwind and breathe in some fresh air. In most neighborhoods, there are street lamps illuminating the path and sometimes in the distance you can hear the howling of stray dogs. Typically, most people stick to a known route so they can be familiar with their surroundings and stay out of harm’s way. On the other hand, there are those who decide to be more adventurous and veer off the beaten path. When traveling into the unknown we pray for safe passage and usually we succeed, but on rare occasion you may find yourself on a much more treacherous trail than originally anticipated.

Season 1-Episode 2: The Search

Chronicles of the Enigmatic Season 1-Episode 2: The Search

Synopsis: Ever since man first looked up into the night sky, the possibility of extraterrestrial life has captivated the mind. It all began with man going to the moon in the late 20th century, followed by Mars in the late 21st. In the middle of the 29th century, Earth sent their first manned mission to Pluto, marking the complete exploration of the local solar system. In the beginning of the 45th century, man launched a space ship to the next star system, Andromeda, ushering in a new era of space travel. Finally, we find ourselves in the late 63rd century where a scientist by the name of Dr. Husting has just made a breakthrough in long-range telescopic technology that far surpasses anything that has come before it. The hope is that man will finally be able to find intelligent life out there somewhere and hopefully they will be friendly. However, what if there was a finding much worse than a race of evil aliens? What if there was something so frightening that it would make you question life itself? Our story begins in the lab of Dr. Husting on the eve of his chilling discovery.

Season 1-Episode 1: Familiar

Chronicles of the Enigmatic Season 1-Episode 1: Familiar

Synopsis: Have you ever walked down the street and saw someone whom you thought you knew, but couldn’t quite put your finger on it? Do you remember the time when you were a child and were still afraid of the dark? What about the times when you wandered off too far from where you were supposed to go and became lost? Anybody, anyone, any sliver of hope for you to get back to where you were supposed to be. In tonight’s tale we find ourselves listening to an elderly Mr. Andrew Wilson. He is reminiscing about a frightening night from back in his early childhood when he experienced those very things. Sometimes, what frightens us the most aren’t monsters, serial killers, or even demons, but merely an unfamiliar location and the confusion of seeing a familiar face that you don’t recall ever seeing before.
